Market Conditions: Draper, Utah

Alan Curtis of Draper, Utah, reports that the area"s growth has exploded! With this growth have come terrific home values. According to the Salt Lake Tribune article, "There is more than an 18 month supply of higher-priced homes in Salt Lake -- located just 20 miles from Draper -- and they are staying on the market longer than they did last year at this time...the higher-end market will probably be impacted the most." Alan goes on to note that young families and investors alike are discovering great values in condos, whose sales are down 10.78% in 2007. Many find their asking price of $260,000 more appealing than the price of houses in Draper. For information on your area, please click here.
