According to the Salt Lake Tribune article, "There is more than an 18 month supply of higher-priced homes in Salt Lake -- located just 20 miles from Draper -- and they are staying on the market longer than they did last year at this time...the higher-end market will probably be impacted the most." Alan goes on to note that young families and investors alike are discovering great values in condos, whose sales are down 10.78% in 2007.
