Prudential Referral Services Announces Alliance With H&R Block Mortgage Company

Prudential Referral Services (PRS), a division of The Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Inc., has announced an alliance with H&R Block Mortgage Corp. (HRBM) to handle its pre-approved, first-time and move-up homebuyer clients" home shopping services. At all times, the consumer can reach out to the PRS homebuying counselor and gather additional information. In addition, homebuyers may also receive benefits such as a one-year home warranty, discounts on Van Lines Express, legal referrals and flooring services.(1) This alliance between Prudential Referral Services and H&R Block Mortgage applies to the U.S., and will continue to roll out over the coming months. H&R Block Mortgage originated 6,700 loans in fiscal 1999-2000, totaling nearly $1 billion dollars. With headquarters in Burlington, Mass., the company employs nearly 500 people nationwide.
